School Assistance and Intervention Teams (SAIT) Provider Services

Educators 2000 is a CDE-approved K-12 SAIT provider, comprised of highly experienced consultants who have worked with SAIT schools for the past five years.

Our consultants are approved for serving elementary, middle, and high schools. We have experts in master scheduling, teacher coaching, data analysis, the English language arts adoptions for each level, as well as the K-12 math adoptions, and our mathematics consultants are AB 466 trainers. Our consultants include former elementary and secondary principals, and highly effective teacher leaders who are content experts.

We have developed discussion protocols for teacher collaboration using student data and student work, a meeting protocol for maximizing staff meetings and planning/problem solving meetings, and we are well versed in a variety of other tools to assist your school. We have helped many schools plan for the integration of interventions in English language arts and mathematics at the elementary, middle, and high school levels for strategic- and intensive-level students. Our consultants have developed training and support for teacher coaches, to enable highly effective classroom teachers transition to a new role of highly effective coaches of peers.

We have worked with Reading First schools, Program Improvement schools, and schools in Program Improvement districts. Our consultants have great expertise in applying the Essential Program Components of the Academic Program Survey for school improvement, which is the framework of SAIT.

Since SAIT impacts every area of district operations, we begin the work in new districts by providing the superintendent and cabinet with an overview of the SAIT process. This ensures the beginning of a strong communications loop that is crucial to the school's success in exiting sanctions.
